University of South Carolina’s Campus Library Shooter Report Unfounded – No Injuries or Confirmed Shooter

The University of South Carolina has confirmed that there is currently no active shooter on its campus library. Reports of an active shooter at the Thomas Cooper Library were unverified, according to a university spokesperson.

Jeff Stensland, a school representative, informed CNN affiliate WIS-TV that no injuries have been reported and there is no confirmation of a shooter being present on the Columbia campus.
