10-Member Burglary Crew Arrested in Los Angeles for Over 90 Residential Break-Ins – Gang Members Charged with Multiple Offenses

In an unprecedented joint operation, law enforcement agencies across Los Angeles have apprehended a prolific burglary gang responsible for almost a hundred residential break-ins spanning the region. The arrests were announced on Monday by officials.

Early Wednesday morning, teams from multiple police departments and LA County sheriff’s deputies conducted simultaneous raids at eight residences, leading to the detention of seven men aged between 22 and 47. According to the Los Angeles Police Department’s press release, these individuals were taken into custody on charges that include burglary and unlawful possession of controlled substances while in possession of firearms.

An additional suspect with an active warrant surrendered themselves two days later, while two other individuals connected to the gang were already in custody facing attempted murder charges. In total, ten suspects, all confirmed repeat offenders and affiliated gang members, are now under arrest.

The burglary spree dates back to 2022, with the majority of incidents occurring in 2024 and 2025. LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell commended his force’s dedication in a statement, acknowledging that the successful takedown was made possible through coordinated efforts across divisions and bureaus, as well as the effective sharing of intelligence.

LA County District Attorney Nathan Hochman, elected last fall on an anti-crime platform, reiterated his office’s commitment to seeking the maximum penalties allowable by law for these offenders.

During the raid on Wednesday, officials recovered stolen luxury watches, bracelets, designer handbags, wallets, and substantial sums of cash. They also seized burglary tools such as window-breaking devices and handheld radios, large quantities of ammunition and firearms, narcotics, a money counter, and multiple cellphones.

In April 2025, police executed a search warrant at a home associated with the gang and discovered vast quantities of firearms and ammunition, as well as stolen credit cards, fake IDs, and jewelry.
